that AV! I'm not drinking no matter what but that evil voice is running around in my head. Drinking is slowly killing me. I can't do this anymore. I don't even want to.

God why is this even in my head. I know what would happen. I know how nasty it is. I don't know what the heck I'm trying to get from this confession.

I am in for a tough ride!

Well whatever you do don't reason with it, it will always come full circle right back to the same thing. Just tell it to shut up, you decided you will not drink, it can pound sand.

I know you are waiting for an avrt workbook. Until it gets here, get over to the secular threads and read up on dealing with the addictive voice.

When the urge gets strong for me I get on here and read and read and post. I also make me a soda water with lots of lime. Once I drank 2 liters in less than an hour! LOL Hang in there! The urge will pass and you will be so proud you held strong!

I managed to go t CVS AND the dry cleaners without buying beer!!!!!!! Go me!!!!!! It's the little things! Going to hang out here as much as possible.
