Gorski-Cenaps book/workbook

Has anyone in SR used the Gorski book staying sober and/or the workbook? Any thoughts or reviews? Sorry if it's been answered before I'm using my kindle and the search function won't work properly. I bought the book and workbook for a friend in recovery who is over 8 months sober. Thanks in advance.

I have it! The Relapse Prevention Workbook, right? I am doing it with my addiction therapist. I like it, but it is hard work!!!
