sober. Yea me!. Talking to sponsor daily, hitting my knees morning and night. Going to meetings. I am so grateful for a handful of friends who even though friends with the ex boyfriend, have managed to be there for me (and him actually).
I've been talking, talking, talking. Even when I do not want too lol. I was a bit sad last night after spending some time with mutual friends, but here's the difference: I cried a little, then felt better. Nothing like the extreme sadness just 9 days ago. I'm hoping that my continued work will help me let this sadness go so that I can move on into healing.
Spending tonight with my kids, it's movie night!

Amazing what happens when we do the things that we need (not necessarily want) to do to stay recovered. Sounds like you're feeling a lot better already. Have a great movie night.
