oops

i have been 7 days sober and fell off wagon and drank 4 beers i'm so dissapointed in myself for doing that!!!!!! uuuggghhh

It happens. Alcoholism is a disease of relapse. Get back on the wagon and don't look back. Forgive yourself. Are you in AA?

I keep doing the same.....as long as it's only small relapses occasionally then I think I'll be ok..... it's a matter of getting back to sobriety asap and lasting as long as I can...

I just can't achieve perfection so long as my drinking doesn't get out of hand I'm happy.

thanks for making me feel better. i was up half the night beating myself up for screwing up. i'm going to start over today is another day. i don't want to go back to the binge drinking it made my life miserable and i have no reason to drink i have a great life, family and everything in general i hate alcohol for controlling me!!!!!!

The best advice I can give is to get straight back on the wagon. It is disappointing I know but don't get dragged backwards. You can do this xx

We all fell a few times at first, it will be ok. What triggered you, what were you thinking & how will you handle it better next time.

It took a while for the ~ I can never drink alcohol again ~ statement to set in
