The Wet House

Just watched this really powerful documentary, about a wet house in the UK. It follows the daily lives of the alcoholics who live there together.

Pretty disturbing and eye opening. Really makes me feel I have made the right decision to stay sober!

Another REALLY good documentary following the ordinary lives of 6 Brit's is called Rain in My Heart. It really is a sad realization, most of the people in that documentary were living somewhat normal lives, meaning they had roofs over their heads and families who still loved them. It is also available for free on youtube and is 10 parts.

The old guy who has carried those postcards around with him over the years of vagrancy. His life is so blighted and yet he still believes, is not angry.
