8 Days sober!

Hello everyone, I have 8 days sober today! I feel great although I have had cravings here and there and last night didn't sleep to well. I also have had some anxiety as well. Thankful for this site and everyone on it!!! Blessings

that's absolutely fantastic. Stay strong! Remember that cravings are not commands and you absolutely do not have to act upon them... keep going, it gets better and better from here. All the best.

Hi powerless1...I am as well 8 days sober today!! Yay for us! I know its one day at a time but I can't wait to say 80 days sober..stay strong and keep coming on here...it helps a lot!
