Question; Hangovers and the differences in them based on what you drank
Re:question;hangovers
I'm sorry if this comes off as being somewhat harsh, but I feel it's worth mentioning anyway. I'm not a beer connoisseur or an active drinker for that fact, so my thoughts on what brand of beer would be less obtrusive when it comes to hangovers is beyond me. What I will suggest today is a more practical approach to the topic of drinking and it comes from a person who's not only been there but had similar thoughts at one time as do you. It really didn't matter what beer I drank or what my drink of choice was during my active alcoholism, but what did matter is what happened after I had my fill. That's when I did? You fill in the blank from here. The question isn't about drinking today, but what fills that void now that drinking is no longer an option. I filled that void by substituting alcohol with recovery and others do it by other means as well. The option to drink or 'not' in this case is still available, but your question as it pertains to drinking and its effects or whether we should take that drink in the first place still remains a mystery, doesn't it? So choose wisely, my friend, because the stakes are really high either way.
I can remember putting a lot of time into thinking about what I was drinking and whether I could avoid hangovers.
I even started a spreadsheet....
It turned out to be a lot simpler than I was making it - like PD said...if you don't drink any alcohol at all there's no risk of a hangover - ever.
That's where I needed to put my focus INH.
I think this topic has gotten all the bandwith it needs.
lets look forward guys
