Been away but got 4 months last wed :)
Longest I have ever been sober since trying to quit! Feels great but Im a little scared as to whats ahead as I am treading uncharted water..

I just did again what I did yesterday when I felt that way

just keep doing what you've been doing - if things get tough you know where to go to find support
