Neat series of videos, quitting beer from day 1 - 2 years

Not sure if this is allowed but I found it very inspiring and informative. You can barely recognize the guy by the time 2 years is up.

Yep John Cheese, who writes for cracked . com...Great videos very inspirational.

Also theres a thread that goes with this 170 pages long, lots of inspirational posters and stuff.

There are lots of personalities in this world. There is no one type of personality that everyone relates to. The important thing is the message. I'm sure there are many people who will and have benefitted from this guys work. For the record - I really like him
