no I didn't stop drinking completely. One night I had one beer. and another night I had 2 beers over the course of 5 days.. I don't plan on completely stopping drinking as of right now.. I am still young and I like to go out with my friends and party. I can't "be myself" unless I am drinking..... I am most definitely cutting back and trying not to drink at all on the weekdays. I am also cutting back how much I drink a night..

Well, they ARE doctors (I assume they are anyway). That said, I know a guy who's 23 with pretty severe liver damage.....so it is entirely possible.

It seems like managing your drinking has worked for the past 5 days and that's great. Just keep it up for the rest of your life and you should be all set. If you can't keep it up, fall off your plan and continue to put your life in danger, hopefully recovery will still be an option.

Unfortunately for you though, it's this very same process that takes a lot of alcoholics out so I'll keep you in my prayers.
