Hello everyone, not been on here since last month sometime, I have been sorting things out with my family home and my 7month old son who's not well atm due to virus going around, he went into hospital yesterdy but was allowed home last night,,, he will be better soon.
I haven't had a drink since 31st oct and plan on stayin sober, my bf said I've lost weight but really I think he's jus sayin that lol, I've got some more antidepressants off my gp so things are ok at the minute, I haven't had a anxiety attack and I've been goin out too, like to town, my mums, my mums ex's, my aunty in laws, my mum in laws, school, children centre, hospital (with my son), doctors so I'm gettin their.
My christmas tree is now up its lovely I've finished the christmas shoppin for the children I can't wait to see there faces on christmas morning

me too, glad to hear that you have been out and doing things, getting things done for a happy holiday...If you get a chance to snap a picture of yourself weekly or every 10 days, you'll see the difference too. You probably have more energy and move more, less the empty sugar calories from the booze. hope the baby is OK soon too.

Hell be back to normal before we know it - he as an inhaler every 4 - 6 hrs dependin on his breathin and its 4 puffs , he's on antibiotics to and calpol, the nurse is coming back in the mornin (she as to come everyday) she said it'll last another week but won't find out If he as ashma till he's 5ish
