Early hours this morn I woke up went to the toilet climbed back onto the couch put kids channels on tele (nothin else was on) I closed my eyes then all of a sudden I felt like I was sinkin into the couch I was scared I tossed and turned but it still kept feelin like I was sinkin everyone in my household was in dream land of snooze but me nope I could feel myself goin straight into a deep sleep then sinkin I kept openin my eyes openin it would stop but it didn't I finally went up stairs to my bed at 6am then fell asleep woke up at 9am had a cup of tea got kids sorted and now I feel ill tired and sick I jus wanna go sleep so I'm gonna see if my partners aunty will have kids for few hrs see if I can get rid of feelin like this

I hope you got a few extra hours of good sleep. I hate these kind of days too.

I dint manage to get some sleep but now lil ones goin bed I'm gunna try n relax in the bath
