I am so glad to see that you changed your mind about this. Well done!
I'm going to share something with you that was shared with me when I was in very early sobriety and kept having thoughts about drinking. I was told that our first thought (to drink) didn't matter because we are alcoholics and that is our disease whispering to us.
The SECOND thought (where we decide what we are going to do with the first thought) is the one that matters.
Looks like your SECOND thought has you sitting sober tonight and that is great! Keep it up one day at a time.
