Having the hardest time sleeping.

Just got off a 3 day binge the night before this one. Felt shakes
During the morning/afternoon felt fine the rest of the night. Now
Its almost 4am still rolling around. Hot one sec, cold the next.
Sweating one sec, freezing the next. Thought I'd vent a bit. Might help
Me crash. I wanted to make my 9am outpatient group. Now
I don't know if I'll be able to get up. =(

This is common and will pass in a couple of days...I went through the same thing along with a lot of lower GI issues.

Drinking always screwed up my sleep.

Stay strong on your commitments to recovery. Do attend those groups

This happened to me too. Just hang in there, it will pass. Talk to your doctor if it doesn't. I know that when you're going through it, it feels like it will NEVER end... but it will.
