Wow I've been here a while, well hello everyone just wanted to say greetings and that I'ma be around a lot more often... I was going through a bad binge with reasons of domestic crud, to those who remember me you ... know me lol, and to those who do not well then hello. Starting Day 1 without the booze yet again, I just am so afraid it can't improve, my head can't improve, nothing can ever get better... darn it, it never does either...

Hi Paulos! Your back, your trying, and your day 1 can turn into 2 and 3 etc. Hang in there! It does get better. Maybe try something different this time.
