(hopefully i can get the thumbs up from my back doctor)

Your thread spares me having to post one; the advice you received is what I need to do.

Wow...your wife and daughter are going to NYC. That's great....We will pray for their safe return. I wish our disease could take a vacation, once and a while, but that won't happen. Adopt a game plan and stick to it; that's your best bet. Keep close to AA and this forum -just in case. You'll get through it..just wait and see.
