It has been tough
I was doing so well for a while, but these past few days have been hell. High anxiety, nervousness and I can't fall asleep without aids... Thought I was strong enough to attend a sales conference, which of course had an open bar and many alcoholics to enjoy it..
I recently joined new home group, so I'll give it a very very hard try once again.

AA Step work got me into solid recovery instead of often
shakey sobriety..
For emotional balance I use prayer and frequent meetinggs
so I'm glad you have a new home group of friends not yet met.

....what will I do different ? I used to go to meetings, but never really did any step work, so that's 1)... Never really had a home group, so that's 2)... Never really had a sponsor, so that's 3)
