14 days

14 days today, so far so good. Sleeping better but I am still away from 6am to midnight, so I don't get enough.

I stopped the sugar intake after week 1 and lost almost 6 pounds, just amazing how much sugar/calories must have been in that booze.

Few stressful times I thought about drinking, but was clear headed enough to see it wasn't going to fix anything just mask it so I focused on solutions.

Winters the worst for me, once it gets warmer I can do more things I like to pass the time.

I got 9 seasons of MI 5 to pass the long nights for now lol.

I'm impressed that you have been able to ditch the sugar. I now take even more in my morning tea.
