Hurting
This morning my one year old nephew died in his sleep, prayers are defiantly welcome my way 
In my life I have lost a parent, a lover, dog, grandma but something about his child passing in the middle of night leaves me really hurt & disturbed. I just found out at work this morning and sitting her at my desk in tears, I hate it when something is so bad I have to cry here. My last thread was about being upset that I had a car accident last Thursday, funny how that is not a life problem at all. There is a song “Sunscreen” but Baz Luhrmann that I listen to when I am sad and life is not going my way. The lyric that stands out at this moment is “the real troubles in your life are apt to be things that never crossed your worried mind. The kind that blindside you at 4pm on some idle Tuesday.” Anyways drinking is not on my mind or anything to just needed to vent to my SoberRecovery community.

What a tragedy. Your grief and confusion makes complete sense in response to this awful, shocking loss. I will pray for you now.
You have the support of this community. We can't be with you physically but we are most certainly with you in other ways and asking our Higher Power to help you at this awful time.

It always hurts more when it's a young innocent child.

words can't begin to describe my heartbreak for you and your family. you'll be in my prayers.
