I think the days get harder as you physically feel better. Many of us quit after a huge binge, and we quit sick. So, as you feel better, your mind says, "All right, time for some of the hair o' the dog." The key is to figure out something that keeps you resisting those feelings. Which is easier said than done!

CoffeeClub, I know how you feel. Today is day 2 for me again. ugh!!!!
And the cravings are hitting hard. Yesterday was easier. I am going to try to keep myself busy after work by reading a book or working on the yard.
