Well, i am feeling good today. no urge to drink so far. it is so hot today though,,so no walks..at least until later..but i have my X box, and netflix..so plenty of entertainment. think i might watch star wars..or lord of the rings for the 200th time. lol. i love those movies

Hang in there.
Watch your movies, snack on food, do anything, but drink.
You are stronger than the alcohol, dump it please.
You do not need any temptation.
