I received this from a very dear friend of mine , he sent this to me after I shared a really bad week of things that had been happeing , and Like a good teacher he is , This so hit the nail on the head for me , and It really does make sence to me , I dont know if anyone has heard of this or not , but I thought I would share this part of the letter with you .. " thanks Rainbow " for a man who says he dont know sh$$.. you sure know how to make me get it .. love yah man !

SPIRITUAL AXIOM
1) Every time I am disturbed, no matter what the cause, there is something wrong with me.
2) There are no exceptions.
3) No matter how unreasonable others may seem, I am responsible for not reacting negatively.
4) Regardless of what is happening around me, I will always be responsible for choosing what happens within me.
5) I am the creator of my own reality.
6) I must stop judging others.
7) When I judge others , I am truly judging myself.
8) Whoever is upsetting me the most is my best teacher.
9) I have much to learn from those who upset me ; and in my heart, I should thank that person.
