can't think straight.

strange. ever since my cold I can't think straight...... I got like a huge fog over me still, hope my head isn't damaged from all the alking I did in my past finally or ... something. grumble, my cold still isn't right that's for sure... my paranoia is up higher than usual, Day 12 without alcohol and I am glad of that but now I'm afraid again that I can't get my "train of thought" going right... it's kind of difficult to explain things... sort of, I don't know, maybe I just think I'm dumb, I don't know. wow, very strange.

Paulos mite wanna stop takin the cold medican , you know it dont make it go away , it only helps with the caught and such , best way to cure a common cold is to sweat it out under the sheets and lots of fluids . Perhaps you should go to the dr , maybe its something more then a common cold , Step's going around all over the globe . I hope you get to feeling better , a bad cold does leave a person feeling like they are in a cloud , and takes a bit to come outta it , like all it just takes time to get better .. ~ huggles~

Seeing a Dr is often the only way to change a situation Paulos.
Sometimes we need that outside perspective.

I echo what Endzy said. I don't know if you're taking Benadryl or NyQuil or some kind of cold medication, but those over the counter things can really increase the foggy feeling, especially if taken in certain combinations. I'd just start slamming the water and juice and play some video games or something.
