Music?
Any suggestions for chill music to relax to? I'm listening to Radiohead - In Rainbows at the moment. I like to hear new stuff. Good way of killing anxiety and insomnia. Its only 414 am. hah. thankx

In Rainbows is a fantastic album, and the only one since OK Computer that is anything aside from masturbatory noise (IMHO). Due to your thread, I just dialed in "All I Need."

Andreas Vollenweider... Down to the Moon. All instrumental, quite ethereal, but not so "out there" the average person wouldn't like it. Excellent for chill time, or I like it first thing in the morning... the music seems to wrap me in serenity.
I used to find that dance music was a trigger for me, because i used to take e's on it. But now i love it and getting lost in the music.
I was listening to Davina McCall (famous Brit TV presenter who goes to NA and AA) a couple of nights ago on a chat show. She mentioned how she loves dance music, loves going to raves and gets high on the music. The interviewer (Jonathan Ross) then asked but you don't drink do you? And that he knew she used to be a raver. She was saying she loves it, and that she has found she loves raving on the music.
This is something that has become new to me. The last few weeks i have found that i now love music and no longer view it as a trigger, in particular dance music.
