Isn't that the same thing? It's okay for one to give advice on wise vs unwise, but it's not okay to offer a perspective for consideration?

It's like saying "Rob B is a jerk for calling so-and-so a jerk"

(for the record - I am not saying Rob B is a jerk, because I don't think he is)
1. No
2. Perspective and judgement (even implied) are different

Bottomline - I'm here for recovery not to get into a pissing contest on the internet.

I'm going to excuse myself from this thread - Tex, best of luck to you brother.

truth be told

Truth be told, I am often a jerk, a semi enlightened jerk? perhaps at times, but that is debatable. I'm bailing on this thread myself, I try to work with the spiritual law of invitation, which in its simplest form means, go only where asked to go, I should have listened to my intuition and stayed clear, but that's on me and my arrogance for thinking I could contribute to this thread. good luck to you Tex.

(my two cents)
Go to the station first thing in the morning and get tested and then stay there and get tested again. Or do that at the doctors to show there is no way you could have had a drink but yet the reading went up.

I don't think it's the equipment sence it happened on more than one tester. Somethings up and I'm sure your doctor will fined it.
Good luck.

Let us know how it all works out. I feel for you, have failed a few roadside sobriety tests myself, but was saved by readings off the breathalyzers. But it IS just a machine and fallible.
