Blackouts have never really been an issue for me. My problem is absent-mindedness.

Could that be one and the same?

I know alcohol abuse leads to memory loss.

Too many dead brain cells seems to be the common explanation.

My sponsor refers to it as CRAFT...... Cant Remember A Freakin' Thing...

Smart guy my sponse, he said that one ot the ways to treat short term memory loss is to....... to.......um.........

No...but there are other mental /memory issues
discussed on the first link above.

I found that vitamin supplements are critical for my memory now. I take a B-Complex or Balanced B50 everyday or I forget to take it the next day which makes it even worse.

3 days in a row and I forget where the friggin things are.
