Regarding Boundaries

Hi All!

I read a thread on this forum that had a great post about boundaries. There was a list of about 10 traits (pleasing others, that sort of category). Now I can't find it. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!

Hi

Its probably over in the Friends and Family of Alcoholics forum, which has some stickies on the top all about Codependency issues, such as healthy boundaries and people pleasing etc.

Thanks you two, but neither is "it". The thread I am referring to was quite long, posted over several posts (by the same poster). The writing style was something like" "People Pleasing"...If you have issues with this boundary, then you probably do/say/act...in order to establish stronger boundaries in this area, you need to..."

Anyways, I'll keep looking, but thank you (and Carol, that was a good one)!

MS...can you tell me which forum and the thread name? Whoever the poster was (about boundaries) was not the initiator of the thread as I recall. I WILL find this with a "little help from my friends"! Hugs!
