Welcome back...
It's funny, I got a text message from a fellow AA member only minutes ago, although it's 4:30am here. It applies so much to you (and me and anyone who has recently relapsed):
"Do not allow your mind to go backwards. Today is a new day. I challenge you to let go of all the "what ifs" and "if only" concepts. This is a new day. Thank God for your sobriety! Dust yourself off, hold your head up high. Shame and guilt need not be your close friends today."
This text came through about 10 minutes after I started feeling remorse and shame over my own recent relapse... God works in mysterious yet wonderful ways.
