Arrow Day 5 for me, I'm at a great neutral. :|

Along with like Day 6 or 7 with my Lamictal 100mg, *thank god I'm back on it* I'm not SUFFERING... but I'm not feeling BETTER... so I'm at a great/solid neutral it feels... and my ocd still remains badly.

Stone's right Paulos - it's really easy to let the slow process of getting 'right' again pull you down, but if you hang in there it *will* get better....

don't let the slow pace discourage you...we have a lot of damage to repair.

I dunno how long it will take for you to feel good again, but anything is better than the guaranteed bad feeling drinking brings.

Neutral is better than the "other" side of neutral! Good job, Paulos. Time to start thinking about actively recovering, no? You've removed the drinking, but haven't yet changed the thinking... great job on day 5!!!

Glad to hear the lamictal is at least helping Paulos. Keep up the good work.
