What a wonderful day for a Birthday...the hardest time to quit is during the Holidays...I quit six days after a bad drunk on the 4th of July. More good days ahead....:comfort

Aw, thanks

I found this forum in the middle of a benzo detox last September

I was so scared and so alone.

It was the people on SR that convinced me to go to my first AA meeting, and the rest is history. Thank you all so much for carrying the message online. It just might have gotten this computer geek sober.

I've been away from this place for almost the entirety of the last year but I think I'll stick around.
