I've got great news!

Today I got a call from a school I've been waiting to get into for a long time. They want me to come in for an interview next week. I'm sooooooo excited. It's a school for cosmetology. I love doing hair, makeup, and nails. I'm really good at it too. I always believed that if you make someone feel great on the outside they will begin to feel great on the inside. In turn they'll treat others better and so on. Plus, looking good always puts an extra spring in anybodies step. I was never good at anything else except for art. Art isn't really something that you can make a career out of because you can't force it. So it feels like I'm moving forward for a change. I just wanted to share this with all of you because I'm so happy. This news made my whole day. I finally feel like things are working out good for me now. I don't remember the last time I was this overjoyed!!!!! Thanks for listening.

Gwen that is good news... I'm so happy for you. No doubt that cosmetology is a form of art... I'm sure you'll do well. I wish I had completed mine. I went to vo-tech for it in high school... I lasted 2 weeks. Yup, I'm a beauty school drop out. Good luck to you

Gwenllady! Congrats! just had to read post when it said Good News. I've a double crown and short short hair so hate if there is an bald spot in back. Maybe with your artistic ability you could do something for those people like me. GOOD FOR YOU -
