day 19
Well I justed to give a quick update I am on day 19 and finally(I hope for good this time) The cold went away. I also went to the DR'S last night and he thinks that my stomach issues is just gastritits that had flared up over the holidays that caused all the problems as all the tests have shown nothing bad. I do have to get my blood work done to see if the liver enzymes have gone down at all with all this not drinking . I have been so busy in the last 19 days that the not drinking thing has not bugged me as much as I thought it would(I still want to drink right after work daily put push those thoughts down) But anyways good luck to everyone on a sober weekend and see you all monday

Good for you on 19 days.

Your body does not crave alcohol, it craves food and water. Try eating before you leave work and drink tons of n/a liquids. I learned this trick early in my quit.
