My First Day - Wish Me Luck!
Time for me to make a truly earnest effort for the first time in 20 years!
Last year, I quit drinking for nearly six months, but fell out of my diet and exercise routine because of a big political activism project I was involved with. I'd lost 35 lbs. and felt great. Now I've gained back 20 lbs. and have been drinking again for 4-5 months - and I need to stop for good, for life this time.
