alcohol in the house
in order to get my s/o's brother to come over and fix the car, Jamie had to buy a 12 pack of beer (didn't sell it in 6 packs). He won't show up without it, and we can't afford to have the car fixed.
I'm feeling minorly uncomfortable, wondering how I'm going to feel when the morning comes and I'm wanting to go back to sleep. Thats what I used alcohol for....... to pass out and not have to deal with any aspect of life.
Not going to drink it, but feel a bit funky.
Sigh.

Mooty
I would be feeling funky too...
I know that i am probably not strong enough in my recovery yet to handle that...
Beer, I do not like, so I might be able to manage...
If it were scotch or vodka (h*ll any hard stuff) I would be too tempted.
Hopefully you won't have to have it around much longer.

This might be an ongoing thing because there are many things wrong with BOTH cars. We have 2, but they have many issues. This beer in the fridge is going to be a semi permanent feature.
((((((MOOT)))))
Tell yourself it is something moldy and exteemly yucky and move it back to the farrest corner and put some stuff in front of it like all the other moldy stuff. lol

When you wake up in your padded room, with bars, and they let you out. Just remember how good you feel. And keep talkin, to anybody who will listen about it. Weather it be your imaginary friend, or someone else.
And you can always pour it out, and buy more the next day. It would still be cheaper than fixing your cars.

I gave the beer to Justin. I'll go out to get some more the day he shows to do more work!
My imaginary friend never lies, and she says its good to be sober
