Disturbed. I think I'm having a bad reaction to some new medicine. Over the explosion of temper now, but very concerned and disappointed. The effects were really helping me till the disaster in November, and now yesterday.
Not in a wildly emotional mood now--just discouraged and hoping I'll bounce back to normal if I stop taking it.

Had a clunk in my thinking last night - another little cog, clicking into place. One of my old resentments came to mind and started to get real again in my head BUT I'd been praying for insight and I got it, and I suddenly understood what tgat experience could teach me.
So, this morning I am not regretting the past, nor wishing to shut the door on it.

Early Friday morning -- serenity level 94%.
Heading out to a meeting and then down to Mom's house for a little visit.
I take all of the non-drama days that I can get these days.

Serenity Level 90% -- ((very grateful for that))
It's that time of the year and the wife has plans for me today.
Grateful that I'm able to perform.

Billie was shivering on our walk this morning, so I bought her a coat. 
Their new dog licenses came in the mail and were put right on them.
I put their old license on my key ring. If it should ever get lost, it can be identified by the license, without giving my number and address.
Serenity today is at 100%.
