My last guest just left five minutes ago. It has been a lazy morning. Eating a nutritious spinach lunch instead of more junk.
A little bit of homework, then a short, then some dishes, then maybe dinner out and some TV.

We have been getting some good rain we sure need it I'm looking forward to going to work tomorrow with my old friend we have a good time when we are working together Serenity level 92%.

I just made two new cat shelters out of two small u haul boxes and fresh straw. 
Now my strays will have shelter this winter. Serenity level is at 100% today. (some of that is due to the massage I had today)

Fab day. Introduced my students to Rosetta Farpe via the wonders of youtube. Lots of new fans. My blind autistic pupil was especially taken with it. Love passing on the joy when I discover a new (well, old really ) artist.
Also, back to enjoying my food after losing my appetite when I was poorly and then recovering.
It's the little things isn't it. I've spend a lot of today smiling. With my eyes even if not my lips.

Been some nice part time work coming in for the retired guy here.
A nice bicycle ride today with my best friend of over 50 years.
I have to admit - it don't happen often on the mountain - Serenity Level 100%.

Jack's teeth cleaning went well, with no extractions, and Lily's blood work came back normal. My serenity is based in large part on how my critters are doing. Serenity level is at 100% today. Lots of dog walks helps boost my serenity level.

My serenity is also very high. My vet called me today to check on Jack after his sedation yesterday for his teeth cleaning. Still feeling great about Jack and Lily's normal results for their blood work. Feels good to know they are healthy.
