I always appreciate your advice! I actually bought a new journal the other day and started yesterday. I journalled before, when I had almost 4 months sober (without being pregnant lol), so I know it helps me. Thank you!!

I have 6,341 messages in my iPad email inbox. There is no setting for a multiple delete and I can't be arsed doing it one by one , so they continue to amass :/

Well, I'm getting in the shower today no matter what! I feel so icky! I'm glad that the reason I haven't showered is because of flu, not depression. I'm glad I have hot water at the turn of a knob. When we were kids we heated the water through an electric heater and had a bath once a week. My mother would get really mad if we used too much hot water! Still not feeling great but I think it will just take a bit more time.

Hi Snooze, good here, basically. I have had some health scares and to top it off...my daughter, who is the healthiest person I know, got rejected from a police job for failing the medical due to a potential heart issue. I truly believe it was a false positive but worry none the less. It kept her from getting a job but, as I think it was meant to be, she was offered a job as a law enforcement officer in another town. Still anxious for the follow up. Hope little LB and Leshar are feeling better.

Lulu I hope you get on top of your health scares. Nothing worse than feeling scared about the ' unknown' when it comes to our health!
I've had many a night laying awake thinking of what Dr Google told me & how I should live out my last few days lol !
I NEVER Google at night anymore, everything is always a thousand times worse.
Hope everything goes well lovely X
Also re your daughter , some things are meant to happen for a reason.i agree with you, I think it's meant to be . I'm glad she got offered the other job xx

Leshar, glad you are getting into that shower girlfriend! Our hot water service blew up and we haven't had hot water. Just had the new one installed $2000 later
