For the record Lorax, my daughter named two kittens we adopted (many years ago) Odelle and Esma long before Adele became famous. It's been another fly-by weekend; still smoke-free and winding down for another long week. Good night all!

Good to know Odelle:-) I'm officially 6 years smoke free. Not sure of the exact date but it was mid December 2010. So folks, take it from me, quit now. Don't wait for New Years, just do it!

Ugh. Need to quit smoking SO badly, but I'm struggling.

I had two today and my pack is done. I'm gonna get through the rest of the day without any more.
