24 more for me.
Not the best day. Not really awful, just kind of bad. But I can say that eventually healthy coping skills can become as hardwired as the bad ones like smoking.
I thought of things like resting, writing, figuring out what I needed to do to take care of myself regardless of what anybody else is doing, etc.
It DOES get so much better, so if you're struggling, hang in there.

Thanks DG, I'm finding that to be true too. A bad day is just that and not a reason to punish ourselves by ingesting toxic substances. I hope tomorrow is better for you. Sending you a cyber hug!

I've been pretty down lately, but I heard that's normal a couple of weeks in. I feel like a child who wants to throw a tantrum lol

Hang in there Cece, it does get better! Don't you just love not smelling like an ashtray? I always avoided the name "butt head" because I tied it to cigarettes, haha. Approaching 8 months and I'm no longer a butt head!
