Today i woke up feeling good and went to a GREAT AA meeting.. went for a walk and then had a good Dinner!

Friday I went to a meeting, collected my 60 day chip, AND realized that I'm actually starting to like myself.
Today I went to a noon meeting, shared, and met some new people!

Today I went to a meeting and shared about how overwhelmed I feel by life right now and how a glass of wine seemed very attractive. I shared to lessen the power of that thought, and to be reminded that a thought is just a thought. My action of abstaining is what really counts.

I got up at 6:30 am on a Saturday after Hallowe'en, feeling clear and rested. Today I celebrate my first full week sober!

Yesterday I went to the gym, ate some healthy meals (not counting the pie at the end!) and went to bed with a clear mind. My sleep was awesome and I woke up feeling refreshed. I love sobriety!

Today I woke up feeling great on the day after Halloween! In the middle of a great workout now. It's a cold, rainy Saturday in the city. I'll probably reorganize my apartment as I have a day alone.

Had the best nights sleep in weeks. Up early making my lists, busy day ahead, grocery shopping, yoga class, two birthday parties, one for my 2 year old grandson and one for a friend turning 60. The alcohol will be flowing at the second party so I will pop in for a few minutes and get out.

Today I got up early (7:00am) for a Saturday, feeling great, admired our first snowfall here in Ontario, and am heading out to spend a great day with my kids. Trampolining!!!
