Drink plenty of water; eat light, healthy meals; get some fresh air; take a short walk; have a lovely, warm, aromatic bath; have a nap if you can; practice a little deep breathing - be very kind to jo; her body is healing and recovering. Her body desperately wants to feel better; listen to the messages that it sends.
