Grateful for all you guys, hi 
Grateful my cat, Merlin, has now learnt how to use the cat flap to come in as well as out, I don't have to keep it propped open in the day for him anymore, whew, it took a while, bless.
Grateful it's Friday and the weekend coming up, to take stock, relax, have some me time.
Grateful, above all, I'm sober and I'm happy, it can be done.x

I LOVE thunder too - especially the sans lightning variety! I find it very humbling and extremely soothing
(the lightning is a little too scary sometimes

Grateful the weather forecast got some timings wrong and I can go for my jog in relative dryness!

Grateful for my dogs and cats. They give me reasons to get up every morning and get thru the day. Taking care of them is my greatest pleasure in life. And oh, the love they give me!

Grateful that I'm "there" for two friends who need me this week. (it takes you out of your head to help others)
Grateful that I didn't brake down last night when I was offered wine after a long day. The strongest craving in 3 months came after I got home, my screen went fuzzy, but just had a tea and it was all ok.
Grateful for another opportunity to do the right thing today!

Grateful for the clarity and acceptance to see that moping and self-defeating behaviors are not an effective plan for dealing with life.
