Grateful for my health.

Grateful for my health insurance.

Grateful for peanut butter. (that's what came out...I'm going with it.)

Grateful for another good day at work.
Grateful to not get sucked into the garbage of work.
Grateful to remember, one second, one minute, one hour, one day at a time.
Early night for me, wiped out.
Good night all and keep putting your sober on, it looks wonderful on you

Grateful for a busy day ahead, and the perseverance to brave the 110 degree heat.

Grateful to be going to the Doctor, a new one! And the insurance covers it.

Grateful for Tixie the cat, sleeping so peacefully by a sunny window, no cares!

Grateful for my car to take me to the Doctor part and Target later to spend my two $25.00 gift cards from my birthday!

Grateful for swimming after Target...a lovely day!

Eddie, your levitation experience sounds incredible. I'd like to learn more about it, is it googleable?

Grateful for my friends at my bible class, they are so generous with their wisdom and kindness.

Grateful that I can discuss my thoughts and feelings with my partner without becoming upset or irritated.

Grateful that I have a few days off work, to catch up on the housework and gardening. I desperately need to have a bit of order around here!

Try the Gayatri luscious chill mix at this link. I was told the Gayatri mantra is very powerful and now I believe it! Wah Music Products/Lokaha

Grateful I can get away with sitting on my a$$ all afternoon and evening watching videos and surfing the web. Allergies seem to be knocking me out. Glad I have the freedom to have a "sick day" anytime I need one.

And grateful for not being too upset that I had to go back to the full dose of my BP medicine today. I hope to get off of it, but now is apparently not the time.

Love and hugs,
Eddie

Grateful to leave work soon. Grateful to back away from any drama. Grateful to tell myself I deserve the less stress, non drama, sober, healthy life I am creating and I need not feel guilty about feeling happy.

Aly, I love your smilies too!

Eddie, thank you for the link, I'll have a look in a minute.

Grateful for the family of song thrushes who have been using the pond for their bath time.

Grateful for my yoga class this evening, I'm so glad I went (I almost didn't bother).

Grateful that I'm sorting through my paperwork mountain bit by bit. It's been ignored for too many years. As with every seemingly big thing, it's just a matter of focusing miniscule amounts of time daily. It will be finished.

You're welcome! We have wood thrushes here who have gorgeous voices, but I don't think any of the birds use my birdbath because Mr. Remy, my oldest tom, likes to visit it.
