Grateful to be so tired from a long day working that I don't feel any anxiety.
Grateful it's almost time for bed
grateful for a healthy dinner
grateful I made some money today
grateful for a really great day working on another farm, and the farmer I worked for was really pleased

I am grateful, as I lay me down tonight,
For an "I love you", from my teenage daughter,
For hearing her say, "I've missed you Dad, but you're making up for it",
For second chances, (for that, I drop to my knees),
For the undying support in this "room" at SR,
For the forever love of my wife, (bless her heart),

I had a great AA meeting tonight. Learned a lot and heard a lot from many different walks of life. I'm sober today, not feeling so down, and now I'm getting ready to settle in to watch a marathon of "Game of Thrones" with my mama.
Actually happy for once.
Actually happy for once.
Grateful to have made it through a tough day, full of stress at work.
Grateful to have battled through my AV, who really wanted to drink and "de-stress" after work.
Grateful for my family.
Grateful for my continued sobriety. I am going to bed happy and without regret. Work stress remains but has been compartmentalized.
Grateful for the community of SR.

grateful for another day where I have to actually face things and learn how to cope, even though it is ohhhhhhhhh so hard. Grateful for my family, grateful for cooler weather, and truly grateful for my life.
Grateful all of 3 of My Sons made themselves available to help with their Grandma's Deck project today. They are wonderful!
Grateful for some good "eye rolling' myself today
Grateful for a good swim & soak at the gym

Grateful for good weather. Last Winter was so cold, snowy, and seemed so long.
Grateful to switch my state of mind if I get too hot. I just pretend it's Winter and say brrrr and pretend I'm cuddling in front of a fire even when it's hot and humid outside.

Grateful that I finally had the courage to start a thread to get the help I need....
Grateful that although I feel vulnerable and emotional, I am not going to shut down or run away.
Grateful for the special friends I have here. ♥
Nite all,
Love V xx

Grateful for Eddie's kind words but we do have morning down under even though it's bed time where you are or like now it's bedtime here so it's morning there and probably lunch time in the UK and Europe.
Grateful that, even though it's cold and wild out, my electric blanket is turned on and I intend to go sizzle myself.
Grateful for my sobriety.

I love posting in the morning thread when I wake up and in the bedtime thread before.. well.. bed! I'm grateful for both threads and all of my fellow travellers who always inspire me.
Grateful that my appraisal went well today.
Grateful for a day off tomorrow.
Grateful that I have a comfy bed beckoning.

Grateful to read everyone's posts
Grateful for Marcher though I can't believe they sell electric blankets in Australia - it's too warm for them over here even in mid-winter
Grateful that Zoey found us again

To Robin,
The people who give you their number are more than happy to listen. Someone listened to them as well. I still have a Sponsor and we talk with mutual love, understanding and a full knowledge that this is a killerdisease. You are helping them (us) greatly by making that call. If the next meeting is soon them be sure to talk to them. Emailing is a great way to communicate as well Much Love and God Bless You Miss Robin.

I did look up "eye rolling" and "emotional release" on GOogle, but I haven't managed to read what I found yet. I know there are some yoga and EFT exercises that involve eye movements and I do some myself. It seems to help some with neck pain (or pains in the neck--yuck yuck)!
