I am thankful for my dog who comes and run with me every day
I am grateful for the sun that came up this morning
I am grateful for my very positive supportive husband
I am thankful for my car that runs (old but runs great)
I am thankful for no car payments
I am grateful that we are always provided for.

Today I am thankful for:
- Cats and drums
- 679 days cigarette-free, 581 alcohol free and 479 weed free.
- Getting a little work done this morning
- A yummy breakfast
- A hot cup of tea
- Fixing stuff around the house.
- Forcing gratitude even when it's the opposite of how I'm feeling.

- Fresh fruit
- Making progress on my goals
- Hot coffee
- Feeling positive about my life
- Having had a fun weekend

Today I am thankful for:
- Cats and drums
- 796 days cig free, 698 alcohol free and 596 weed free
- Feeling just really settled in life.
- Taking steps to be more financially responsible and even starting to do things like saving for retirement. That was never possible when all of my money went to cigarettes, alcohol and drugs.
- Really making progress at my job. I feel so much better being productive & I no longer feel the nagging guilt I felt when I was drinking/using and I would put off doing things and then worry about needing to do them. Also seeing my hard work reflected in my paychecks!!
- It's Saturday!!
- Starting to workout again seriously.
- Continuing to learn and grow in my recovery.
- Home-made applesauce.
- Really feeling good about where I am in my life

Today I am thankful for:
- 810 days cig free, 712 alcohol free and 610 weed free!!!
- drums and cats
- The weekend
- Having had a productive week at work
- Toasted bagels with cream cheese
- Tickets to a couple of concerts that I am really looking forward to.
- Feeling calm and peaceful most of the time
- Looking forward to getting some chores done this weekend and having the house be all clean again!!

- Hitting two years alcohol free yesterday!!
- Having the chance to sit in with a friend's band and rock out
- coffee
- cheesecake
- continuing to grow and develop as a sober person
- great neighbors who will watch my place for me when I'm gone
- A little time off of work
- A new day ahead
- Rain
- Getting to see and do new things
- My friends on SR
- Continuing to develop coping skills for handling tough stuff in my life

Today I am thankful for:
- Cats and drums
- All of the coping tools I have developed in recovery
- Expanding my comfort level with doing fix-it stuff around the house
- Coffee
- My new phone
- Bought some paint so I can repaint the inside of my house and I'm really looking forward to the project and the results!
- Just feeling really fortunate and lucky for all that I have- a house, a car, a good job, being pretty healthy, family & friends & good neighbors, sobriety etc. Really the overall picture of my life is amazing.
