Where is anyone ever ? In their heads.
your mind is where you live, and it creates illusions and perceptions. Everyone is different.
but me? I’m definitely looking for people I can connect to with their journey of recovering.
I feel so alone. Because what my mind goes through and the aftermath is an equation I don’t know how to solve.
I’m at least posting threads to reach out- cause I need the help.
does anyone have any solutions or possible coping strategies to recommend?
Why do I have good days and then bad days mentally? I don’t know how to feel a lot of times.
I know there are others that can say they been through this and does it ever get better?

yea... I am mainly questioning about mental status. I know people can help people just as hurt people hurt people. I just want help. No hurt
