I was at the brink

I placed a search in google for "what happens at 11 days sober" and it produced a thread for this site. I was just getting over the shaky hands and the sweats, slight hallucinations and finally eating soup and feeling human again. I got off one of my biggest binges ever. 7 whole days of Vodka and pineapple juice. I was tired, feeling crazy, disgusted, physically drained inhuman and like scum. I started lurking and reading others stories. I thank God for this site.
