Getting to understand my past

I truly agree that this has to be on your own terms, and I am getting closer to the truth even it is painful, this a good pain right o my soul.
Worrying about what oythers think about me is a waste of time, I have to be hold on to what I think about about ME besides who knows ME better than ME?
