J is for Justify
By being honest in all of our affairs we no longer have to justify our behavior.
Roxanne,
my son doesn't feel that way, he's just serving his Country.
I got to meet the new director of the rehab I go to every Friday. She has just got back from Iraq. All 5 foot 1 inch of her, and 20 years in AA. I had to give her a hug for serving.

R is for REMEMBERING ....
REMEMBERING that God loves and forgives us!
REMEMBERING the special people here that have reached out their hands to help me through this.
REMEMBERING *not* to back to that destructive lifestyle.
REMEMBERING that it's OK to forgive one'self.
REMEMBERING that there are those in need of our help!
REMEMBERING to come back to this HOME for inspiration!
