There's something very natural and virile about it..

Today marks my eleventh year of sobriety, of which it has to be said. There's something very natural, virile and life affirming about it, for both men and women...

To be able to live in what the ancient Stoics referred to 'as a natural state of being' in peace, serenity and equanimity both physically and mentally in the world for a prolonged period engenders the idea advanced by Marcus Aurelius that happiness is a by product of thinking and acting in a way that is just, generous, resolute, purposeful and free...

And yoiu can';t buy or fake that!

If only all humans could live this way as our natural state of being.

I'm grateful you're here, Redmayne.

Eleven years in and many more to come in that natural state is indeed something to celebrate.
